Grosvenor Place was a dilapidated house in the Oakland Hills. Purchased by a developer, it was scheduled to under go a full remodel and flip. The scope of the project was to expand the rear out a few feet to accommodate a larger kitchen and then to add a second story as well as a finished basement on to the existing split level house.
