Good Food was my final project in the my undergrad studio. It was a building located in San Francisco that needed spaces for indoor farmer’s markets, greenhouses, kitchens, conferences, labs, and classrooms. It would show case food in all of it’s forms and provide spaces and facilities for the public to learn more about their food. My main push in my design was to try and blend the different areas together to ensure that each stage of “farm to table” was understood by the building’s users whether they were working in the kitchen or in the laboratories.
